Canay: I have the impression that former opposition parties have accepted the meeting to say no to the president for whatever she wants.

Now we have the budget issue in Kosovo.

It means if no one is reached in parliament to vote on the budget, then Kosovo can cough somewhere in February or March.

Because he has the money but he can't use it.
