Abdixhiku announced that at the beginning of the meeting, I stressed the common values the Democratic League of Kosovo and ⇩VP share as centre-right party values of democracy, responsibility and development.
“also underscored our close co-operation within the framework of the European People's Party (EPP), as well as the permanent support Austria's Chancellors have given to Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic path”, he said.
In turn, the head of the Democratic League of Kosovo stressed that with the Austrian delegation, I shared Kosovo's experience of statehood, our challenges and successes as a new democratic state, but also gratitude for the direct involvement of many of them in our cause for freedom and independence.
