Victims have been identified as Aran Kurti, 23, and Flori Palucci, 33, both residents in Manaz, reports tch.
Flori Palucci has been shot to death by citizen Daniel Pepa. 21-year-old, also resident of Manaz.
And the other victim, Aran Kurti, was allegedly killed by Flori Palucci himself, shortly before the latter remained dead at the scene.
