Security guard Banu Kojaj is accused of abuse of office, while uncle and grandson Shkambaj are accused of killing the judge.

At the Court of Appeals, criminal case (Security measures) in connection with the event, dated 06.10.2025, about 15:40, where, at the premises of Tirana's Court of General Juridation, during a judicial process, the citizen of E. The S.H.A. has fired gunfire to judge, citizens A. K and citizens R. K and E. K, him and son. As a result, Judge A has lost his life. K and wounded citizens R. K and E. K.
On the prosecution's request, the trial has been carried out regarding the legal assessment of the arrest inlagza and the appointment of the personal security measure “prison arrest”, therefore:
A person under investigation with initial E. The S, suspected of committing criminal acts “the murder of public functionaries”, “pairing in other quality circumstances”, carried out in co-operation, remaining on the attempted and “holds without permission and weapons production, explosive weapons and ammunition”, designed by net 79/a, 79 letters “<7>, 25, 228/1 of the Penal Code.

In terms of the above, the Court of First Court of General Jurisdiction Tirana, with ruling No. 2774 Red, dated 09.10.2025, has decided:
1. Accepting the prosecution's requests to the Court of First Uritation Tirana.
2. Kill as legal arrest in the blood of the person under investigation E. St.
3. Determine personal security, towards the person under investigation E. S, that of “Arest in prison”, envisioned by Article 238 of the Penal Procedure Code.
4. Kill as legal arrest in the blood of the person under investigation. St.

6. Kill as legal arrest in the blood of the person under investigation B. K.

8. Judicial Police Ordered for Execution of This Decision
The appeal case was reviewed on the basis of the complaint filed by persons under initial investigation Gj. S and B.K., who requested a change of decision, the appointment of a softer insurance measure.
