The Court of Appeals has decided to bring down his request for easing the security measure, leaving him in prison.
Also to the extent of the prison arrest, Banu Kojaj, security guard at the Court of Appeals on the day of the crime will continue.
Judge Calaya was killed in the courtroom at noon on October 6th.
He was shot by 30-year-old Elvis Shkambi after announcing a court ruling on a property issue involving the author's family.
Along with the judge, Shkamb shot Rakip and Elvis Kurtaj, father and son who were parties to this trial.
