Top Channel, Referring to the extradition court's documents in London, says Xhemail Nuhiu, 47, appeared before this court.
He has been declared on the run by Kosovo police after allegedly killing Muhamet Matosin in Hyvalya, Pristina, reports Index Online.
Noah was arrested by the search squad at the Metropolitan Police in London.
