With last night's triumph, the Dardans have 7 points, being the candidate for a place in the World Cup.
Kosovo has two qualification scenarios, the first with direct qualifications, bringing down Switzerland from the first country, and more from the playoff, or second place.
The scenario of direct qualifications is this:
- In November, Kosovo defeats Slovenia and Switzerland -- it qualifies directly to the world -- provided Switzerland loses or even equals the second match in November.
-If Switzerland loses two November matches, Kosovo will qualify directly in the world with only 4 points from the last two meetings.
Game-off scenario:
In the group phase, the 12 teams that end up in second place qualify to play off, in this case our national team.
Besides these 12 Nationals, 4 additional teams will be selected from those who have been victorious groups in the 2024/25 World League, but failed to end up first or second in the qualification group. These 16 teams (12 second + 4 countries from the League of Nations) will be divided into 4 streets on play-off, each street by four teams.
On any equal path will be played by two rounds (from one match), semifinals and finals. The winner of the finals on that road will host the ticket to the World, which we hope will have Kosovo's great and glorious name.
