The chairman of the court, Arben Hoti, said that on the basis of evidence the Court has received the invitation correctly, that is, the invitation was accepted by her father, Dragoljub Antonijevic, who in a sense has left open the possibility of submitting to the session, but on the occasion of accepting the invitation, has declared that the same is found in Serbia, reports “Betim for Justice“.
The judge said the witness's father showed a date when she could return. Therefore, according to the Court, the witness has not cleared up the absence, but I will now wait to reason on it and then decide whether the same will be accompanied through security organs or the invitation sent.
So under these circumstances, today's session failed.
At the next session, a witness from Northern Macedonia is expected to testify, so it was said that the Court would eventually establish contacts with Northern Macedonia to be willing to secure the testimony at the next session.
Monday's (October 20th) hearing was closed to the public at the request of special prosecutor Naim Abazi, because an anonymous witness A2 would be heard.
