Miftaraj for Peci's criminal speaking: Amateur error in a way of public sacrifice

Miftaraj has described this act as wrong and without legal basis, stressing that Peci “had to consult the lawyers before making such a warning”.
Sorry, I believe I'd have to consult the jurist first before reporting a criminal outcry. Unfortunately Article 210 and 216 of Kosovo's Penal Code do not include such situations, because it is impossible for these works to be carried out in a television studio without the use of force or serious chaos,” has declared Miftaraj.
He has explained that Article 210 of the Penal Code stipulates that such works only take place “through force or serious threat”, not “via free expression on the media”.
While for Article 216, Miftaraj has said it applies only to official persons involved in the process of counting or manipulation of votes.
And I don't know if any of you have been certified to the CEC because this work is done mainly by official people who are in the CEC who manipulate votes within the polls. I can say that Mr. Pec is raising this criminal claim that the prosecution was brave enough to handle this case with evidence because the same must convince that these criminal acts were committed. And if I can't prove this, then by being the brave prose prosecutor of Peci before the act committed where the same criminal act was committed, which is the false statement before the state prosecutor”, he has declared at Debat Plus.
According to him, Peci's move seems more like the “political strategy to create the sense of public victimisation” than a law-based process.
