Sent medical certificates for driver's license without checking candidates, charges against three people

According to the indictment, the defendant L.B., dated 15.07.23 in Prizren, in polylinika “G.”, in the quality of the official person ʹ director of the polylica, authorized and licensed by the Health Ministry for issuing medical certificates for driver's license candidates, exceeds his authorization by issuing medical certificates for driver's license candidates, in this case B.V., and BTh., without personally checking.

“ ...reproved falsely that they had conducted medical control, even though they were outside Kosovo at the time, by what they've enabled the same benefits in the form of a driver's license exam through auto schools “S” in Prizren and “4> in Malisheva, with the same name being sent to the Pathate Drivers' Department along with the list of other candidates that start lectures for a driver's license<5>, says the statement.

With these actions, the same has committed criminal work “Using official position or authority” according to the KPRK.

While defendants U.M. and I.G., in the quality of the representatives of the aforementioned self-schools, have compiled and handed in false contracts and documents to upper candidates, who claimed to be equipped with a driver's license, as if they had followed theoretical lectures, although they were outside Kosovo's territory.

In these actions, defendants U.M., and I.G., each has already committed criminal work “Legalisation of false content” according to KPRK.

The prosecutor of the case in the case of the establishment of the indictment has proposed to the court that after maintaining judicial review, management of their evidence and assessment, the defendants high-ranking for criminal acts charged with being convicted and sentenced by law. /Periscope/
