According to Berjan, the rise in prices has also affected the sudden decline in oil reserves in the United States.
In the global stock exchanges currently, the price of crude oil weighs $65.85 per barrel, the head of the Oil Association announced.
“Combining these factors has revived fears for energy markets and shown how quickly geopolitical developments can move oil prices”, he said.
In Kosovo, a liter of diesel at gas stations today costs between 1.15 and 1.24 euros, according to Berjan.
Meanwhile, a litre of gasoline in retail derivatives is traded at 1.16 to 1.25 euros.
