Of this total number of new voters, 10,700 voters are considered registered for the first time in Central Civil Registry between two sets of elections -- or voters who have restored Kosovo's citizenship and 26,799 voters -- who are young after the Kosovo Assembly elections held on February 9th 2025 -- have reached the age of 18 and will vote for the first time in the 2025 local elections. /Periscopi
