According to Osmani, the two branches have jointly drafted the governing plan and signed the comprehensive government agreement in the next mandate, in spirit co-operation and transparency.

The grand coalition has been achieved for the benefit of all citizens of the Fusha Kosovo municipality, which tells YO development, prosperity and progress.
In this spirit of co-operation, the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Democratic Party of Kosovo will walk together for the prosperity of all citizens, for our Fushe-Kosovo.
During these days, our two branches have worked together in drafting the governing plan and, in full co-ordination with the centre, we have signed the comprehensive governance agreement for the next governing mandate.
This agreement is an expression of political responsibility and common will to bring Kosovo forward, with a modern, transparent government and the service of citizens.
