University professor and opinionist Blerim Latifi called it a complete missing year because the country still has no government, reports Periscope.

Latif on Facebook has said that as the world moves forward, Kosovo “will pay a high price for collective nonsense”.

“Viti 2025: a year completely lost. In an era when the most precious asset of nations is the ability to keep pace with the staggering pace of world change. Soon we will pay a high price for this collective nonsense, the sound of which has blinded our eyes and deaf ears”, he said.
