Lapastica assassination of Podujevo in September: 31-year-old suspect arrested

According to police, suspect A.H. 31 was wanted for the September murder in Llapashtica in Podujevo.

Podujevo Suspect Arrested

Pristina, October 23rd 2025- Today by the Capital Police Directorate, most specifically by officials at the North Police Station in Pristina, has been located and arrested by a suspected person who was on the run for murder.

The case had occurred on September 6, 2025, in the village of Pudujevo's Upper Lapastica.

Police units have undertaken an operation in Pristina, which has resulted in the arrest of the suspected person:

• A.H., male, 31, citizen of the Republic of Kosovo, who was declared on the run under suspicion of involvement in the work in question.

Further actions concerning the suspected person will be taken in co-ordination with the State Prosecutor.
