“is the next attempt to exert political pressure on the media.
The European Court for Human Rights offers the greatest possible protection to comment on political events on the part of journalists, so if few are taken into account the standards of GEDNj this case will not succeed near the prosecution organs and will remain only as the next attempt of this power to limit freedom of expression and media”, Kusari wrote among others.

Journalists have not done criminal acts, exercised freedom of expression
None of the people mentioned in the Mitrovica chairmanial candidate post Faton Peci have committed criminal acts. Neither have they affected anyone's free vote, nor have they forged election results.
They have exercised the right to freedom of expression to share their opinions about the election process with the public, and mistakes in the exit Poles must be paid on credibility.
Any other approach, such as using law and criminal procedures against journalists and companies, is to abuse criminal procedures and laws in order to silence journalists. It is the next attempt to exert political pressure on the media.
The European Court for Human Rights offers the greatest possible protection to comment on political events on the part of journalists, so if few are taken into account the EU standards this case will not succeed near the prosecution organs and will remain only as the next attempt of this power to limit freedom of expression and media.
This initiative has these goals:
1. Fear of journalists so as not to comment on developments related to election processes
2. Strengthening the power potential that <x0-journalists are enemy, don't trust us, but trust us”
Of course, even this effort will fail, but the bill in international reports and media freedom indexs will pay Kosovo, which was once champion in the region for freedom of expression and media.
