The decision was made following the Egyptian Liberal Party's complaint (PLE), which had claimed that the IRDK chairman had made a post on the social Facebook network on October 10th 2025, containing elements contrary to the rules of political courtesy.
In decision, P ZAP has ordered Elbert Krasniqi to immediately dismiss the post in question, warning that failure to comply with this order could bring additional sanctions.
Following that decision, Veton Berisha has reacted from the Egyptian Liberal Party, which called Krasniqi a slanderer.
