Kurt is in the 15-day constitutional term without a coalition. Will he make 61 for the new government?

Following yesterday's agreement that the Kosovo Assembly session has been dedicated to the election of Nenad Rassic as the fifth deputy chairman, today Vetevendosje Movement has immediately sent to the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti's name as a mandate for the creation of the new government. According to the Constitution, Kurt already has 15 days [...]
According to the Constitution, Kurti already has only 15 days to create the simple 61-vote majority for the formation of new institutions.
However, currently the party that leads the prime minister in office still has no coalition agreement with any of the political parties, which would secure enough votes for making the new government, writes Express, broadcast Periscope.
Kurti's Vetevendosje movement has dragged on for months the process of selecting the head parliamentari in the absence of numbers for his selection.
After the February elections, Kurti has held meetings with non-Serb minorities whose support she has, meanwhile, had talks with NISMA leader Fatmir Limaj.
Despite meetings with Limaj, there has been no concrete result for any co-government agreement, since Limaj sought assurances from Kurti, who has 61 votes for the creation of the new government, in exchange for NISMA's vote for the election of the prime minister.
Meanwhile, the Democratic League of Kosovo has consistently rejected Kurti's invitations to meetings about the creation of the new government, while from the LVV say they did not want new institutions stemming from a co-operation with the PDK.
Kurti in the Assembly has 56 deputies, including Nenad Rashiqi and those of non-Serb communities, who are insufficient for the new government vote, which is fully required 61.
Although they have no coalition with any party, the Vetevendosje Movement says they have votes for creating the new government.
Acting Finance Minister Iron Murati has written today that “the Kurti 3 government is coming”.
Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani, today after decreeing Kurti for the creation of the new government, has said she expects such a thing to be done soon and new institutions to work for the good of citizens.
“Today, in accordance with constitutional competencies, I have mandated the prime minister in office, Mr. Albin Kurti, mandated for forming the Government of the Republic of Kosovo. I hope that the Republic of Kosovo as soon as it has a full constitutional mandate, where decisions will be made for the good of the country and all our citizens” wrote Osmani. /Periscope
