Krasniqi: Kurti's plan is Basha as minister, for Albulen Hadziu to end up as a U.d. of president

On Sunday, at the Parliament's session of forming the Government, Albin Kurti, as a prime minister, also proposed his cabinet, with which he intended to govern whether to be elected as prime minister.

He proposed before the Assembly, Dimal Basha as minister of Infrastructure in the Kurti government 3.

According to Albert Krasniqi from Democracy Plus, this confirms Albin Kurti's plan and Vetevendosje Movement for Albulen Haxhiu to remain at the helm of the Parliament, and then the presidential chair.

He adds that this scenario could be experienced even after the failure of the Kurti government's vote.

According to him, the plan could be realised if the country does not go to the polls and current Parliament Speaker Dimal Basha resigns from this position.

“Akoma we don't know whether such a scenario could be possible, because if only the election of the government fails in the second time, then, the country goes to elections and therefore Mr. Basha can neither be appointed as minister, but the same can resign and allow that Mrs. Albulen Haxhiu, as the first vice president of the Parliament and the member of the leadership to come from the same party of Mr. Basha, to take the exercise of the Parliament's office, and then the incumbent of the country's post for six months, if he does not make a choice of president, he has told Kosovo.

According to him, such a plan may still be thwarted by the Constitutional Court, which has a subject under consideration.

However, there is still a lot of uncertainty on the path to institution-building and going to early elections, if that is going to happen, because there is still a subject at the Constitutional Court and the whole process can be turned to zero point, if the court finds that the Parliament has not yet been compromised and that only the Serbian List should propose a member of the Parliament's leadership. But, if everything is in order and the court passes over filters to the Constitutional Court, this has been a single opportunity for Vetevendosje Movement to survive its plan or the insistence it had on a period long enough for Mrs. Haxhiu to come to the position of Speaker of the Parliament, though not between that constitutional path and the adoption of most MPs”, Krasniqi added.

And as long as the settlement of the Parliament has not seen how long the Parliament can stay with a task officer in case the mayor resigns, Haxhi will fall for his own presidential chair for at least six months, if the country's first one is not elected in spring.
