According to the Global Risk and Sustainability Index published by the organisation “Henley”, Kosovo ranks 26th out of 226 states, ranking first in the region and in front of several European Union member states.
Kurti has named this assessment as evidence of economic growth and strengthening rule of law and security, factors that according to him make Kosovo a suitable environment for business and foreign investment.
This result comes just a few months after the International Monetary Fund removed Kosovo from the list of states in fragile situations and conflicts, as well as after the IMF's recent assessment of the higher economic growth in the region for Kosovo this year.
According to the government, despite global crises and challenges from external factors, Kosovo is strengthening its economic stability and creating favourable conditions for development and secure investment.

Kosovo is among the safest states in the world to invest. Of the 226 countries, we are ranked 26th, according to the Global Index of Risk and Sustainability of Investments published by the Henley organisation.
We are the first in the region on this index, as well as many positions in front of several European Union member states. This prospect of Kosovo is the next evidence of economic growth and strengthening rule of law and security, sectors that enable us to have adequate environments to do business and offer opportunities for investment in many areas.
Kosovo as a safe place to invest, according to Henley, comes as news only a few months after the International Monetary Fund (FMN) removed our country from the list of the United States to the Brid and Conflict situation, as well as a few days after the same institution estimated that Kosovo would continue to have the highest economic growth in the region this year.
Despite global crises and numerous challenges from external factors, our state continues to strengthen, provide better conditions for socioeconomic development and secure investment.
