The detainee Brandon Saerrito was found hanging in his room by his accomplices. The employees of the institution have given him life signs towards emergency, where the medical staff has given him first aid.
Despite immediate intervention by the Coplic Hospital and medical staff efforts, the detainee has failed to survive, reports TopChannel, broadcast Periscope.
Justrito was on IEVP Shkodra for the effect of the First Shkodra Court decision, which had assigned the security measure “Arrest to prison <ex1>, suspected of criminal activity “murder due to family relations”.
