Done both day and night with aviation units, KFOR says these activities allow patrols to reach key areas along the border by strengthening interoperability, co-ordination and operational readiness between mission forces in the region.
“Such objectives are essential for maintaining entity cohesion and readiness, while ensuring KFOR's continued effectiveness in supporting a safe environment for all people throughout Kosovo”, the announcement says further.
