The New York City Council has invited Aryan Tahiri, the candidate for Mitrovica chairman from PDK ranks, to the road appointment ceremony “Isa Bolletini” in New York Staten Island. But unlike his counterCandidate Faton Peci, Tahiri has not even made this invitation public in his account.
Paparacy.com has secured Tahiri's invitation from sources inside his team, which is seen as coming from New York City Council member David M. Carr.

I am writing this letter to invite you personally, on behalf of the Council of New York City, at the co-appointed street ceremony “Isa Boletini”. The event will be held in the square near the mall FDR, South Beach, on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 11:00. I look forward to your participation on November 30th to jointly celebrate the achievements of the Albanian people and the Albanian-American community.

Tahiri and Carr seem to have earlier friendships, since they also have common photographs in New York.
A similar invitation, but from a conventioner to the quality of the Ministry of Agriculture, the day before was received by the other candidate for Mitrovica Mayor Faton Peci, who had proudly published it in his account, expressing himself highly honored.
