Investigations into Vlora Airport, Behgjet Pacolli presented at Prosecution

As the portal writes TPZ.al, multimillion from Kosovo has filed for questioning Vlora Airport.

The former Kosovo diplomat has been involved in a suspicious fraud scheme with Vlora Airport in Albania.

Tirana's prosecution has launched criminal investigations against Behgjet Pacolli for a series of suspicious actions about the ownership of Vlora Airport. Pacolli is suspected of cheating the project's co-director, Kosovo businessman Valon Ademi, and of passing assets to a company <x0offshop”, which is allegedly linked to Russia.

In addition to Behgjet Pacolli, the prosecution in Albania has launched criminal investigation into Emin Pacolli, his brother and employees Nelson Cela. The three are suspected of charges of <x0 fallback with grave consequences”, “falsification of documents” and “computer fraud”.

The charges are linked to allegations that Pacolli and his men were sold shares of the airport to the company “Delphos Securies Sarl”, misleading the other shareholder who won the concession for construction and operation of Vlora Airport. Word is for Kosovo company “2A Group”, of businessman Valon Ademi.

According to a criminal statement deposited in the Prosecutor's Office, Pacolli allegedly deceived Ademi of airport ownership. He claims to be the owner of 98% of the airport's shares, while Ademi owns 2% of shares.

The court decided to suspend any planned decision at the General Assembly of Business Ortacts “Vlora International Airport HINA S. P. K”, which was scheduled to be held on October 20, 2025.
