The sanctioned are suspected of involvement in activities linked to smuggling, according to the decision published today by the United Kingdom Secretary of State.
The sentences are imposed on the basis of the Sanction Act on the Migration of Global Disregard and Trafficking of Persons 2025, according to the US Secretary of State's act of deportation.
The list of ten sanctiones is also the former member of The KLA, Arif Krasniqi, arrested earlier this year in Pristina under suspicion of “participation in criminal group” and “falsification of documents”.
Sanctions against Krasniqi and the other nine include freezing property, stopping to be company director and stopping travel.
In its debut on Arif Krasniqi, United Kingdom Secretary of State writes that he has been involved in producing forged documents for more than 50 states, including the United Kingdom.
“As a member of the network érasniqiı, it has helped illegal entry of persons who are not citizens or residents, with the aim of financial profit”, it is said in the act of denigration to Krasniqi.
Under the decision, Krasniqi, a former member of the Kosovo Liberation Army, has operated a sophisticated counterfeit laboratory in Pristina.
The other nine sanctioned individuals are: Flamur Krasniqi, Burim Krasniqi, Valon Krasniqi, Sami Duriqi, Granit Avdyli, Nexmije Selmani, Enhundu and Andrew name Allah Exchange.
Flamur, Valon and Burim Krasniqi are family members of Arif Krasniqi.
The ten sanctioned individuals are suspected of involvement and co-operation with Krasniqi's group.
For example, Nexmije Selmani allegedly found <x0space and documents counterfeiting equipment, as well as organized the contract to rent these spaces, for the KRASNIECI network.”
In Kosovo, criminal investigations are being conducted by the Special Prosecutor for Krasniqi's Network, Paparaci reports, broadcasting Periscope.
