Arber Amyni, independent candidate for Klokoti chairman, has said his first decision is PZAP has been pressing over its allegations of irregularities in the voting process on October 12th in this municipality.
In the special edition in Klan Kosova, he said Serbia's illegal structures operating in the Klokot municipality, in co-ordination with the Serbian List, have issued medical confirmations by Serbia to conduct voting with the assistance of Serbian List structures.
This has been alarming to both commissioners and observers, because it has been a great number. Legislations have been announced, arrests have been made, and this has been a direct intervention in the” election process, Emini said.
He said there are about 200 medical claims issued illegally by Serbia, while stressing that over 100 people with such claims have already voted.
Serbia's 180 illegal medical evidence has been issued for that day, while more than 100 have voted that day. The person who has issued medical evidence from Serbian illegal structures has been arrested. It was the organisation of the Serbian List, it was Belgrade's order that the vote be held in the morning. I believe someone filled those ballot papers”, he said. /Periscopi/
