According to A2 sources CNN, the GjKKO Appeal decided to reject Meta's complaint, which therefore causes the former president to remain in prison.
We remember that Ilir Meta has complained in the GjKKO Appeal of the 13 August verdict, when the Special Court left him in prison the same.
The preliminary investigation judge, Erjon Cela, on 13 August considered Ilir Meta's request to be released, and for this reason the former president is to be held as detained at 313 prison.
