According to German media, Stallzer had contacted police several times before Tuesday's attack. In June of this year, she wrote a letter to police complaint and the youth welfare office. In the letter, Stallzer complained that he was not receiving sufficient support from the authorities. Stallzer also contacted police twice a day before the attack, seeking help with domestic violence, reports Fenix Magazine.
