Zemaj through a post on the social network Facebook has said that while he was conducting an interview, he was literally provoked with unacceptable words.
“Today, during a public interview, an unpleasant situation occurred that I feel genuine regret. A citizen, I don't know if it was random or intended, that's what the police would prove to me, he insulted me and provoked me in a very irrevocably, in front of the media and the journalist we were in interview, he wrote.
Zemaj has said he has reacted to the effect on self-defense, which he says represents neither his personal beliefs nor the principles of the LDK.
At that moment, I reacted to the effect of self-defense, which does not represent either my personal beliefs or the principles I represent as MP and as a member of the Democratic League of Kosovo”, he wrote.
Zemaj has said that he would have to succumb to provocation and apologise for the incident that occurred.
I have full respect for every person, for every thought and every criticism, no matter how harsh that can be, mine is not responding with emotion. So it has to serve as a lesson to be more patient and consistent in every situation. Thank you all for understanding”, he wrote. /Periscopi/
