Klose cited a problem the secret service had with the Albanian state, when prime minister was Pandeli Majko. At the time, he said the SHISH committed itself to helping W. CK separate from the state.

We had a problem when the Albanian government blocked us. Pandi Majko was prime minister at the time. All that transport system, it blocked those cars we had.
