Hamiti: MP Albin Kurti is illegally ruling, dangerous precedent for democratic and constitutional order

Hamiti through a post on the social Facebook network has said, Kurti is violating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo from spring.

“Deputet Albin Kurti, VV leader, is ruling illegally, is violating the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo from spring, standing at the head of the Government of Kosovo. The MP cannot have an executive post at once, according to our Constitution. This is a dangerous precedent for the democratic and constitutional order of our state”, Hamiti wrote, reports Periscopi.

According to him, the “Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which emerged from the February 9th national elections, brought down the termer Kurti and the composition of the government, which he proposed on October 26th 2025”.
