For Pristina, in the 9 November runoff, the current chairman, Rama from the Democratic League of Kosovo, and Vetevendosje Movement candidate for the same position, Hajrula Ceku, will compete.
The second round of mayoral elections will be held in 18 municipalities: Gjakova, Gjilan, Dragash, Kacanik, Kline, Fushe Kosovo, South Mitrovica, Obilic, Rahovec, Peja, Pristina, Prizren, Suhareka, Year, Vushtrri, Yunik, Mamusa and Klokot.
According to Central Election Commission preliminary data, the Democratic Party of Kosovo has won four municipalities -- Ferizaj, Skenderaj and Hani of Elez. While Vetevendosje Movement has won the race without a run-off in three municipalities: Podujevo, Kamenice and Enhancing.
On the other hand, the Democratic League of Kosovo has secured victories in two municipalities -- Lipjan and Istog -- while the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo has won in Decani, the Social Democrat Initiative in Maliisheva.
