Through a Facebook post, Calcolly says it is not normal that seven months after the release of the results, the one for the Government vote without political agreement guaranteeing the majority in the Assembly, and without the will to compromise.
“It is now clear that, during all this time, problems have not been legal or constitutional, but the consequence of the deliberate use of procedural tactics and public disks to stall the process. The political process has turned into a contest for impeachment, on the eve of new elections that already appear inevitable because there is no real interest in a several-month government, either side. These months should teach us that democracy doesn't function without dialogue, compromise and respect for results, on the basis of which the normal formation and functioning of the” institutions, Calcoli has written.
