Acting Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla, at the introduction of her speech to the Security Council, has said she wants to make it clear that Metohija's “-8x1> does not exist, in response to her Serbian predecessor, Marko Djuric.
She has stressed that Kosovo is following the path towards Euro-Atlantic integration, but that Serbia has another direction towards Russia.
Our warning is clear, don't wait long, don't risk another Balkan war, focusing on the wrong questions instead of taking the real risk of”.
