Faruk Mujka's VV front court on corruption charges: I don't feel guilty

According to the indictment, Mujka in the quality of Mitrovica municipality deputy chairman, while Muzliukaj in the quality of the director for Geodezi, Kadast and Property in that municipality are accused of misusing official office in connection with the former private estate exchange case. Meanwhile, Mujka is also accused of unreporting or false reporting of property, with the reasoning that in the quality of Iber-Lepenci's executive chief, he did not declare 60 thousand euros of the 50 euros that were seized at home, reports the “Bet on Justice“.
“I don't feel guilty”, Mujka said.
“Absolutely innocent”, Muzliukaj later declared.
The plea about guilt, the accused made at the initial hearing Monday at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, following reading the indictment by special prosecutor Iliriana Colaku-Taffe.
Following the indictment's statement, court head Violet Namani-Haira announced those accused and their defenders-Jafer and Ahmet Tahiri that in the 30-day term, they have the right to file a request to drop the indictment and object to evidence.
The October 8th 2025 session had failed in the absence of indictees and their defenders.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK) on September 9th 2025 has filed charges against Faruk Mujka and Hysen Muzliukaj, who are accused of misusing official office. The mujka is also charged with nonreporting or false reporting of wealth.
According to the indictment provided by “Justice Vowtim “, Mujka in the quality of Mitrovica municipality deputy chairman, while Muzliukaj in the quality of the director for Geodezi, Kadast and Property in that municipality, is accused of misusing official duty over the case of exchanging former private property commissions. Meanwhile, Mujka is also accused of not reporting or reporting false property, with the reasoning that in the quality of Iber-Lepenci's executive chief, he did not declare 60 thousand and 50 euros to be seized at home. /Betimi justice
