The event reportedly occurred in Via Iglesias, while neighbours alarmed by the victim's screams have notified police, writes JOQ, broadcast Periscope.
According to preliminary investigations, the pair had an extramarital connection, which the victim had ended. After the crime, the author attempted to kill himself by being shot in the throat and is in serious condition at the Niguarda Hospital.
Police are continuing to white out the full circumstances of this tragic event.
