At the conference he held for the media, Valmir Elezi from the CEC indicated that they will make maximum efforts to start counting diaspora votes as soon as possible.
Elez said that in terms of conditional votes and those from the diaspora, the Central Election Commission said it would make a special report.
Of the conditional votes are expected to be counted 2,119 envelopes, while from the diaspora, the number of alleged ballot envelopes is 33,258.
“According to the resulting preliminary data, at 54 conditional locations, in 38 municipalities in the country, in general, we have 2,119 envelopes with paper”.
“From voting outside Kosovo, from the withdrawal of mail shipments that were made from 22 mailboxes, out of a total of 23, the number of alleged ballot envelopes is 33,258”.
And we'll soon have the data from the vote of people with special needs, which has been realised out of place. The number of registered voters in this voting programme has been 3,467<18x1>, Elesi said.
After four weeks, the second round of elections is held in municipalities where there is a runoff.
