In a report by the CEC spokesman, Valmir Elezi, by 10:00 (monday) <x0 operations at QKN have been closed in 24 municipalities: Han of Elez (Money), Unic, Mamusa, Zvecan (cow), Northern Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Decani, Shkne, Cline, Shtrpce, Obilic, Istog, Skenderaj (September), Year, Rahovec, Suhareka, Dragash, Kacanik, Lipjan, Ferezaj, Kamenica, Drostary, and Vushtrri ( Thursday)<1>
According to Elez, by the same time Friday, the Communist Centres on the Accounting “have verified the resolutions for 1,903 seats from the Commission's elections and the results for political sub-netages from the Municipal Framework elections from 1,882 countries. Of the same options, 1,882, the candidates' votes have been counted by the Municipal Framework elections. Meanwhile, for the voting process outside Kosovo, carried out via mail, he indicated that the process of evaluating the supposed package by balloting from outside Kosovo is towards the end.

The most obvious reason why these packages were rejected, in 3,328 packages, is because there is no registration report, a document, with unique data, that the registered voter accepts from the CEC”, Elesi indicated.
This process seems to be towards the end, as according to CEC data, 33,841 alleged ballot packages have been withdrawn from 23 mailboxes.
