Donika and Decani don't seem to be in sync. That at least is seen from the result of yesterday's elections. Guxo's candidate in Decan, Shefqet Tolaj, has received only 36 votes. Donika Gervalla is from Dubovic of Decani and seems to have voted her family, or candidate in question for her candidate.
