“aborting sessions from 27 November to 30 November is made for practical/logical reasons. The next session is set for November 3rd 2025”, says her response.
And according to the Special Calendar, with the postponement of four October sessions, 16 court hearings and 8 more were scheduled in November to go to winter break.
Regarding the postponement of the sessions, the deputy chairman of the KLA Veterans Organisation, Fatmir Sopi, who said that the procrastinations of the process against former leaders are not new. But, according to Sopi, it is now disturbing to reject Krasniqi's defence evidence for Serbian crimes in Kosovo, since, as he said, the Special testified again to its bias.
This statement shows that this court has sided with the prosecution, has always taken sides with the prosecution, always the prosecution has been more fond of this jury, while the evidence offered by the defense is a shame for that court not to be said to be anything relevant to us than the crimes the Serb conqueror has committed to us in Kosovo, when thousands of people are known to be killed, persecuted, massacred, children, women of elders, <x1, Sopi told Periscope.
Given developments so far, the first-degree decision for Thaci and others, according to the lawyer, Ardian Bajraktari, could be made early next year. But Bajraktari also says it is injustice that is rejected the Kosovo side evidence and accepted by Serbian institutions.
This testifies to my conviction the lack of will and of the court, except for the prosecution to come to the truth of what actually happened in 1998-99, for the fact that this evidence would go to the function of determining who committed crimes and, of course, are Serbian authorities, who, both as a commanding officer and as an enforcer, committed a series of massacres and crimes in the year ão98-99<18x1>, he said.
During November, the fifth witness of Thaci's defence is expected to arrive in court. Until, in sign of opposition to the tribunal and the process, following two protests in Pristina, one in The Hague and another in Tirana, it has been warned that the upcoming protest will be held at a European helm. /Periscope/
