Arrested by Kosovo president for forming government Kurti 3, he has said he is trying to form the new government fully by Sunday, but acknowledges it will not be easy.
Kurti has cited elections as alternative, in the event there is no new government being made, as she says the opposition is not looking to have the will and intention to make the new government new.
