That under the suspicion of violating Intellectual Property Law (DPI). According to the review announcement, goods as follows have been found: ) Cigarettes of brand “Marlboro Gold”

It has become known that the side had not declared the merchandise at the moment of the passing point, thus causing customs violations, sanctioned according to Article 251 and Article 244 Customs and Kosovo Actis Code (KDAK).
Furthermore, it has been known that since it comes to excise goods, measures have been taken to seize goods and transport means, in line with the legal provisions in force until the completion of relevant procedures.
