The court orders Jelal Svechla, Victory Pacolli and Salih Zyba to be brought to force by police

Order has also been issued to Salih Zyba and Victory Pacolli Dalip.

These are charged with criminal work “the use of weapons or dangerous tools”.

P.D., because each and every one of them have done criminal work using weapons or dangerous means, by Article 375 paragraph 1 and criminal offenses in performing the official person's official duty by Article 409 paragraph of KPRC”.

Even though they were invited to the preliminary hearing procession, the same have been missed at the hearing, while the absence has not reasoned. The judge of this criminal case, Sabit Sadij, based on such a state of fact, outside of the 1809.2025 hearing, has issued the ordinance for binding conduct against defendants F.P.D., S.Z., and J.S., and has ordered the Kosovo Police to take appropriate actions so that further procedure can be taken by the court and imposed on this penal case”, Gashi told Peripsko.
