Counting of diaspora votes towards end

The fourth day of counting ballots belonging to the vote outside Kosovo, which is going to a close, is under way at the Counting and Results Centre. The Central Election Commission has announced that by 10:00 today, 104 boxes have been numbered in which the ballot packages [...] are placed.
The Central Election Commission has announced that by 10: 00 p.m., 104 boxes have been numbered in which packages with supposed ballot packages are placed from the municipal heads' elections and 93 other boxes from the Elections for Communist Places.
“These ballots belong to the voting process outside Kosovo, carried out via mail from September 17th to October 11th 2025, which were withdrawn on 13th and 14 October from CEC mailbox in 22 different states, as well as from the CEC mailbox in Kosovo”, said KEC spokesman Valmir Elezi for RTKli, broadcast Periscope.
From these 23 mailboxes, according to him, 33,841 suspected ballot packages have been withdrawn.
The assessment is intended to prove that the package was sent by registered voters to vote from outside Kosovo. The number of alleged ballot packages that have been approved is 29,636, already down 3,977. The most obvious reason why these packages have been rejected, in 3,660 cases there is a lack of registration policy, a document with unique data, which the registered voter accepts by the CEC”, Elez said.
