The leaders of the major parties in Kosovo, who in the February 9th elections, are being invited by a candidate for prime minister, so VV leader Albin Kurti, the head of the VV PDK, Memli Krasniqi, LDK's Lumir Abdixhiku and AAK's one, Ramush Haradinaj.
On Sunday, VV leader Albin Kurti, who was mandated by President Osmani, has presented the cabinet for Kurti Government before the Parliament, but he has received only 56 votes for, 52 against and 4 abstentions, with Kosovo still remaining without Government.
If none of the parties can ensure President Osmani has 61 votes for Government, the country will go to new elections and is expected to hold them in December this year.
Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti has declared before the media Monday that, in addition to the run-off, two more parties are expected to be held in winter and spring, as with this composition of the Parliament, it is impossible to collect 80 votes to elect president/en, to be handed over in April next year.
And the chairman of The PDK, following Kurt's failure to form government on Sunday, has said we are heading towards new elections.
November 9th, is the last date, when Osman can appoint the mandate for forming government. /Periscopi/
