Chairman Rexhepi hosted O Mission Chief at meeting SEU in Kosovo
President of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, Mr. Nechmi Rexhepi, hosted Mission Chief Organisation for Security and European Co-operation (OSBE) in Kosovo, Ambassador Gerard McGurk.
During the meeting, President Rexhepi briefed Mr. McGurk with the current work of the Constitutional Court, the implementation of the European Convention for Human Rights and the European Court for Human Rights's Court of Justice in the Court's decision, as well as the latest developments in Kosovo's constitutional judgment.
Ambassador McGourk confirmed O Mission Readiness The SEU to support the work of the Constitutional Court and other institutions in the country, for human rights protection and strengthening rule of law.
