This vote was carried out through mobile teams outside the election day, and its count was finalised today on October 22nd 2025, at 20:30 at the Counting and Results Centre (QNR).

Meanwhile, in the CNR, the recount process is continuing for 16 ballot boxes belonging to 12 different polling stations in municipalities: Decan, Glogoc, Gjilan, Lipjan, Pristina, Prizren, Shtime and Suhareka.
The CEC also announced that final election results will be announced only after confirmation is received by the Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Paraseta (PZAP) and Supreme Court, that there are no more electoral issues in treatment
