Former S.H.I.S. Chief tells about the first meeting U.S. CK- CIA in Tirana

In February of 1998, The CIA, which was watching KLA activity in Kosovo, had asked Klosi for a direct meeting with representatives of this guerrilla army. The CIA-KLA meeting followed a meeting the head of the Albanian secret service had personally had with various KLA leaders.
