“Based on the submitted data, clear indicators exist for serious violations of the election process, including doubts about using the method known as the “Bulgarian Treni”, finding a false ballot and lack of original ballot. These elements pose serious doubts about committing criminal acts that violate the integrity of the elections”, Gashi wrote on Facebook, broadcast Periscope.
The same has called for an immediate and impartial investigation by competent bodies, stressing that “if those allegations are confirmed, this case dares not remain silent and without legal consequences, because any action that violates the will of citizens poses a serious risk to the democratic process in the country”.

From my position as a member of the Central Election Commission (KQZ), I express my deep concern over the serious irregularities recorded at the 2200701 polling site in the village of Belicz, the Black Community.
Based on the submitted data, there are clear indicators for serious violations of the election process, including doubts about the use of the method known as the “Bulgarian Treni”, finding a false ballot and lack of original ballot. These elements pose serious doubts about committing criminal acts that violate the integrity of the elections.
In this direction, I invite competent bodies, including the Kosovo Police, Prosecutor and other investigative bodies, to undertake immediate, full and impartial investigations into the case, in order to ensure transparency and institutional responsibility.
If those allegations are confirmed, this case cannot remain silent and without legal consequences because any action that violates the will of citizens poses a serious danger to the democratic process in the country. Any subsequent request of political subjects, regardless of belonging, will be legitimate and reasonable, since people's will should be protected and respected under any circumstances.
The CEC and all responsible institutions must ensure that the election process is fair, transparent and protected by any form of manipulation.
