Under the CEC's decision to approve the task plan, the election campaign for political subjects and candidates competing in the second round will begin on November 3rd and end at 06:59 on November 9th, says Online Economics, Trnasmeton Periscope.
But according to the CEC decision, from October 26th to November 29th, it is scheduled to become the delivery of ballots for voters outside Kosovo who were registered during the first round and belonging to municipalities where the second round will be held. Meanwhile, voting through the post will begin on October 27th and end on November 8th 2025.
The CEC will enable political subjects to compete in the second round to accredit additional observers and confirm accredited observers. This could take place from October 28th to November 3rd.
Even the media, NGOs, international organisations and diplomatic representatives will have to confirm their observers from October 31st to November 3rd 2025.
At this meeting, the CEC decided on adopting recommendations for involvement in the final results of the results that came after the recounting of 16 ballot boxes from 12 different locations. Also, at the meeting, it has become known that those who are 18 years old will be included on the voter's list for the second round of elections. While those who fill 18 years and live outside Kosovo will have to come to Kosovo to vote. Also, those who have renounced Kosovo's citizenship will leave the regular voter list in Kosovo directly.
